Mitch Holmes has been voted in as President of LPC Board. Dave Mills has accepted the LPC Board offer to join the Board.

On August 24, 2017 Michael Rhodes announced his retirement from the LPC Board.  LPC appreciates his 20+ years of dedication and service to provide high quality water service while ensuring fiscal responsibility, ethical conduct, and environmental stewardship.  LPC welcomes our new member of the Board, Dave Mills.  He joins our company with 40 years of experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering.  His credentials also include Certification for Drinking Water System Operator, completion of Water Plant Operator Course, has taught the American Water Works Association (AWWA) course for several years, in addition to designing and overseeing the construction of several small drinking water plants. Current members of the Board now include:  Mitch Holmes, Pen Hollist, John Gally, Jami Hadlock, and Dave Mills.

Durfee Creek Well Rehabilition and Filteration System

The LPC Board majority approved the $510,000.00 bid to restore the Durfee Creek Well and add a filtration system.  Please refer to meeting notes for additional information. Note: The Durfee Creek Well rehabilitation and filtration system has been completed and is currently in use.  The final cost to complete this project is $609,000.00.

Water Theft Policy

The Liberty Pipeline Company is pleased to provide you with high quality water at the lowest possible cost. People using water illegally—such as using unmetered water—not only denies the water system money each year but also imposes costs on other paying customers. The conditions shown below may cause us to be suspicious that water theft is occurring at a property: Water Flowing on the property and no water meter in the meter pit. Green lawn and growing trees when private well, secondary water, or an installed water meter are not known to exist. Obvious use of water on a construction site and no water meter has been installed. A jumper or direct connect is found instead of a water meter when the meter pit is opened and inspected. Meter readings that are lower than the history for previous readings.
