Liberty Pipeline Company welcomes PayClix online payments
Liberty Pipeline Company is pleased to announce the option to pay online using PayClix. Through PayClix, you can now securely view and pay your water bill online using an eCheck or Credit/Debit Card. You can also set-up automatic payments, so you will never be late on paying again.

Please note that you need to be aware that the system will process your payment by first attempting to collect the $1.39 PayClix fee followed by the amount due to Liberty Pipeline Company. Should the payment to Liberty Pipeline Company fail for any reason the PayClix fee transaction will be voided. However, due to the way debit cards work over the internet it will take an estimated 4 business days for the funds to be returned to the bank account they were debited from. This issue also applies to pre-paid credit cards, as well with pre-paid credit cards you may incur transaction fees from the issuer of the card so it is important to make sure the cards has enough funds to cover all the fees to avoid any issues.
