Two additional members will be voted onto the LPC Board to begin training to replace retiring board members.

If you, as a LPC Shareholder have a desire to serve your community, this is a great opportunity.  During the 2026 Annual Shareholders meeting, the Board will welcome two additional alternate members to replace retiring Board members.  Therefore, the shareholders have an opportunity to vote on four members to serve on the LPC board.  Serving on the LPC Board requires extensive training due to the numerous changes in Utah legislation and various requirements needed to sufficiently keep the company running in the best interest of the shareholders. As the Valley continues to grow and develop, the main concern is the water to support this growth.  The duties of the voluntary board members have broadened from the simplistic duties of the past. Water Leak has been identified. Water has been turned off

 A main pipe broke on 4100 North.  Please expect the water to be turned off for a least the better part of the day to allow for repairs.  This affects shareholders east of Liberty Park.  The maintenance crew stated it was due to an old repair not holding up and was not detectable until the break occurred early this morning.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
